We are looking for business development manager, based in Russia to join our international team. The candidate must have high level of self-discipline and capable to effectively collaborate with distributed Team. At least 2 years experience in b2b sales/business development is the must. There is an opportunity for promotion in the next 12-24 months to lead business development team in the region.
Business development manager is going to be responsible for international business origination:
- Search for potential clients in digital lending, banking, insurance, payment, fintech industries to build robust sales pipeline;
- Be comfortable to cold call, email, communicate in social media with prospects;
- Perform product presentations and evaluate needs of the client;
- Take part in local offline and online conferences and events, be active member of local fintech community;
- Work in our internal CRM system and keep all activities and deals up-to-date.
- Have 2+ years of proven b2b business development experience in fintech;
- Have a basic understanding of risk management and fraud prevention in financial industry;
- Familiar with business development automation tools;
- High level of self discipline and organization skills;
- Excellent English.
